Grafana v13.1.1 released on 21-07-2026

Grafana v13.1.1 is out now. Maintainers, packagers and admins benefit from a Go runtime bump to Go 1.26.5 and clearer GitHub provisioning with configurable sync write timeouts.
See the release on Grafana’s download page or read the full notes on the Grafana documentation for installation and configuration details.
What’s in this release
- Update Go toolchain to 1.26.5 (PR #128015) — addresses build/tooling consistency plus security and performance fixes from the Go release.
- Provisioning improvements for GitHub: clearer form error messages and an idempotent webhook creation flow to prevent repos becoming unhealthy with HTTP 422 (PRs #128177, #128201).
- Configurable per-resource write timeout for provisioning syncs to avoid long-running stalls (PR #127868), plus user-facing bug fixes: InlineToast announced to screenreaders (PR #128687) and chained dashboard datasource panels no longer showing stale data (PR #127248).
Upgrade notes
- No breaking API changes are listed; maintainers and packagers should rebuild Grafana with Go 1.26.5 and verify CI, distribution packages and runtime tests under the new toolchain.
- If you use GitHub provisioning, review and adjust the new per-resource write timeout and verify webhook behaviour after upgrading; if you must roll back, redeploy the prior Grafana build while you investigate.
