What’s in this release

  • Security: fixes for CVE-2026-12704 and CVE-2026-14199.
  • Dashboards: resolves failures when importing dashboards with adhoc and groupby variables tied to datasources in the UI import flow (PR #131819), which could cause import errors or incorrectly wired variables.
  • Packaging: fixes an issue where bundled plugins were not being moved into their expected locations during packaging or upgrades (PR #131037), preventing some built‑in plugins from loading after install/upgrade.
  • PanelEditor: restores expected resize behaviour for the options pane so it can be widened beyond the preview content width (PR #131608), improving panel configuration space.

Upgrade notes

  • Immediate upgrade is recommended for affected installations to apply the security fixes; obtain binaries from the official download page linked above.
  • No rollback instructions are provided in the release notes; follow your normal rollback procedures if you need to revert.

Share your experience after upgrading — especially if you previously hit the dashboard import or bundled‑plugin issues so others know whether the fixes worked in the wild.
