n8n n8n@2.30.5 released on 15-07-2026

n8n n8n@2.30.5 is out now. It fixes statistics reporting so AI assistant workflow test runs are recorded as manual executions, correcting usage metrics and any analytics or billing that rely on those counts.
See the release on GitHub for full details and links to the issue tracker: n8n@2.30.5 (compare).
What’s in this release
- Count AI assistant workflow test runs as manual executions in statistics to avoid misclassification and incorrect usage counts (issue #34153).
- Preserve node aliases when generating AI tool variants to prevent broken references and keep node metadata and connections intact (issue #34195).
- Editor: an opt-in experiment to select the n8n Credits credential, intended to streamline use of paid/credit-backed AI services (issue #34074).
Upgrade notes
- No breaking changes are documented. Because test-run classification has changed, check your analytics and billing reports after upgrading to confirm counts and alerts remain correct.
- If you need to roll back, revert to the previous release (n8n@2.30.4).
