NocoDB 2026.08.1 released on 19-08-2026
NocoDB 2026.08.1 is out now. Teams and self-hosters get realtime presence in the grid plus a wide set of improvements across the grid, interfaces, workflows, APIs and self-hosting experience.

What’s in this release
- Realtime Presence in the grid — coloured cursors, presence badges on open records and a “Go there” action to jump to where a collaborator is working.
- Grid and navigation improvements — freeze up to three fields (including the display value) with draggable dividers, clearer grid lines in light mode, richer long-text previews and keyboard/navigation polish.
- Folders and Interface Builder upgrades — collapsible folders for grouping tables, docs and dashboards; copy settings from an existing view when creating interface pages; per-field Size control and drag-and-drop field reordering across visualisations.
Upgrade notes
- Self-hosted licensed installs: creation of new legacy API tokens is disabled — existing legacy tokens continue to work; use fine-grained API tokens for new integrations.
- Renamed environment variables for AI/code-execution and web-search integrations: the old variables are no longer read, so update environment names before upgrading to keep those integrations working.
