- CLI, tooling and upgrade UX improvements: ca-certificates added to talosctl, a new –no-reboot flag for upgrade, util-linux updated to 2.42.2, init aliases switched to symlinks, and fixes for the Ctrl‑Alt‑Delete handler and log persistence.
Upgrade notes
- No breaking API changes are listed for v1.13.7; operators should test upgrades in a staging environment, back up node configs, and validate workloads against the new kernel and runtime versions before rolling out to production.
- If a rollback is required, use the previous release images (see v1.13.6) and open an issue on the project repo for help and to report regressions.
Try the binaries and images, and let the project know how the upgrade performs by sharing feedback or filing issues on GitHub.
