n8n n8n@2.46.6 released on 04-11-2026
n8n n8n@2.46.6 is out now. It restores npm install compatibility across affected platforms, fixing installation failures reported by users.

What’s in this release
- Bug fix: make npm install of n8n work on all platforms again (see issue #43035).
- Change implemented in commit 6abcfc7547b037bafd6c4fe422580ff1679bf7ad (short ID 6abcfc7).
- Upgrade guidance included: npm users should upgrade to n8n@2.46.6 (npm install n8n@2.46.6 or npm install -g n8n@2.46.6) and verify with n8n –version; Docker and cloud image users should confirm whether the npm-specific fix applies to their deployment.
Upgrade notes
