What’s in this release

  • Fixes a memory leak from the TCP monitor (issue #7848). Long-running TCP checks no longer accumulate unreleased memory.
  • Recommended upgrade for users running TCP monitors or noticing rising memory usage; no reported breaking changes.
  • Improves monitoring stability and reduces the likelihood of crashes or outages caused by the TCP monitor memory leak; report continued issues with diagnostics referencing issue #7848.

Upgrade notes

  • No reported breaking changes — perform a normal update and restart of the service, or pull the new Docker image, to apply the fix.
  • Monitor memory usage for a few days after upgrading to confirm the leak is resolved; if elevated memory or related issues persist, report findings and diagnostics with reference to issue #7848.

Share your experience with the update or report any regressions so maintainers can follow up.
